I have delivered creative art workshops with all ages over the years, now preferring to focus on running sessions that help support the health and wellbeing of older people and adults with learning disabilities in the Wiltshire community.
Growing up in the Welsh countryside and by the sea in Aberystwyth, I have always felt drawn to the shorelin, the Welsh coast and countryside. These early experiences continue to influence my creative process, weaving through my work in subtle ways.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Aberystwyth University (2009) and an MA in Textile Design from Bath Spa University (2012). For eight years, I worked as part of the learning team at The Holburne Museum in Bath, where I was continually inspired by the permanent collection, the engaging temporary exhibitions, and the many inspiring artists and art practitioners I had the privilege to meet.
